Staff Qualifications
All staff at Wiston Lodge undergo thorough criminal record checks to ensure their suitability for working with children and vulnerable adults.
In addition, all staff carry valid First Aid certificates.
Staff Development
Continued development of our staff is very important. We hold regular training sessions where possible, and very often test out new activities and programmes on our in-house 'guinea pigs'!
