PLEASE NOTE the change of date to the last weekend in January

Here at Wiston Lodge we have developed a keen interest in bread and we take pride in the loaves we produce for our guests. We would like to pass on what we have learned and spread the word about bread making.

The course will cover the use of natural leavens (sourdough), faster bread using a part leaven part fresh yeast recipe, tasty Swedish biscuits, walnut loaf and pizza.

Christoph, our German baker, will join Mark in teaching on this course.
