    • How do I book my Wiston Experience?
      1st Contact us during office hours to find which dates are available
      2nd Once you have agreed on the best dates, a provisional booking Will be made for you. We will inform you of the dates, cost and the due date for the deposit. We will then require a booking form.
      3rd Once the deposit has been paid, we will confirm your booking details with you and plan a programme to suit your needs

      Cancellations:
      In the event of cancellation by either an individual or a group, the deposit is non-refundable. Where a cancellation occurs within four weeks before the beginning of the stay, individuals or group leaders are liable for the full fee including VAT, unless the vacancy can be filled from another source.

    • What about programme bookings?
      Once the deposit has been paid, we will confirm your booking details with you and plan a programme to suit your needs.
    • What costs are involved?
      We will inform you of the dates, cost and the due date for the deposit. You can download our current price structure below.
    • How do I get the neccessary forms?
